If you request an investment teaser, Redwood collects your first and last name, email address, any optional phone number, the teaser requested, the page that generated the request, and limited campaign attribution such as UTM tags and the referring website origin. Investor-tool submissions collect the email address and any optional name or phone number you provide, plus the assumptions or questionnaire answers you choose to send. Browsing a tool without submitting keeps its assumptions in your browser.

Submitting a request requires your consent for Redwood to use your details to respond to that request. Marketing updates are optional and require a separate, unchecked-by-default choice; requesting a teaser does not subscribe you to marketing. Teaser PDFs are delivered through short-lived, single-use links after the request is recorded. The current platform does not send personalized investor-tool results by email; secure result delivery will only be enabled after email verification is configured.

We use submitted investor-tool information to respond to the enquiry, maintain an activity record, and improve our investor service. We use marketing contact details only where you have opted in or another lawful basis applies.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Information is shared only where necessary to deliver our services (for example, with custodians, auditors, or regulators) or where required by law.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal and financial information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure, consistent with the standards expected of a regulated asset manager.

We retain client and prospective client information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to satisfy legal, regulatory, tax, and record-keeping requirements under Zimbabwean law.
